Preservation technology of postharvest fruits
Applied nitric oxide (NO) to prolong the storage life of fruits (peach, strawberry, raspberry, cherry,etc.); synthesized NO-releasing nanomaterials; studied the roles of NO in enhancing antioxidant systems, regulating the metabolism of bioactive molecules and mitochondrial function in plants, etc.
Application of nanomaterials in food safety
Synthesized gold nanoparticles with different shapes and applied the Au NPs assurface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates to detect the pesticide residues in food.
